SoleInventory

Vinted fee calculator

On Vinted the buyer pays the Buyer Protection fee, so sellers usually keep the full sale price. Your profit is that, minus what you paid and any postage you cover.

Default fees are our best estimate as of September 2026 and platforms change them. Check Vinted's current seller fees and edit the numbers if they differ.

How the maths works

Fees = sale price × (selling fee % + payment fee %) + fixed fee. Payout is the sale price minus fees. Net profit is the payout minus what you paid, the postage you cover and any other costs. ROI compares profit with what you paid; margin compares it with the sale price.

Break-even is the sale price where profit is exactly zero once fees come off. The target price works the same way, with the profit you want added to your costs.

Common questions

Does Vinted charge sellers a fee?

No. Buyers pay Vinted's Buyer Protection fee and the postage, so as a seller you usually receive the full sale price.

How do I work out profit on a Vinted bundle?

Enter the bundle as one sale: the total it sold for, and the total you paid for everything in it.
