What is SoleInventory?
A web-based shoe reselling tracker. Log the pairs you buy, record each sale with its fees and costs, and see your real net profit and ROI, with charts that show how your business is doing. Think of it as a purpose-built replacement for a reselling spreadsheet.
Which reselling platforms can I use?
Any. When you log a sale you type the platform you sold on — StockX, GOAT, eBay, Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace or anywhere else — and your charts group sales by platform.
How is profit worked out?
Net profit is the sale price minus the platform fees, shipping and any other costs you enter, minus what you paid for the pair. ROI compares that profit with what you paid. Enter the fees from your payout and the numbers match what actually hit your account.
What does Pro cost, and what do I get?
Pro is £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial. You get unlimited pairs and sales, charts, yearly analytics, the price guide and tax-year CSV exports. Cancel any time from your account page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with 7 days of everything, free. You add a card when you start the trial but pay nothing that day, and if you cancel within the 7 days you aren’t charged. If you don’t subscribe, you can still sign in and see your data.
Can I bring in my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Export your sheet as a CSV and import it. SoleInventory matches your columns, reads UK dates, and brings in both unsold pairs and past sales in one go.
Does it help with my tax return?
It keeps the records you need: turnover, what you paid, fees and profit for each UK tax year (6 April to 5 April). Pro users can download them as a CSV for their accountant or Self Assessment. It isn't tax advice.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SoleInventory is a web app, so it works in any modern browser on desktop, iPhone or Android. Sign in on any device and your data is there.
